Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel Coach anytime?
Yes. Coach is month to month, with no minimum term.
What if my team doesn't use the sessions?
Then month one is refunded. That's the Used-or-Free guarantee. If nobody on your team takes a session in month one, tell me before month two bills and the month comes back. Once a session has been taken, the month counts. After that it's month to month, cancel anytime, and the direct line and the reports are delivered either way.
We don't have an internal AI lead. Does that matter?
That's exactly who this is built for. Most of the companies I work with don't have someone internal who can own AI, and they don't want to fake it with a junior person on the side. The whole point of working with me is that you get someone who has done this before, inside the business, without making the hire. I sit in the seat your head of AI would sit in, on subscription, and your team gets the answers and the shipped work without you having to evaluate a candidate you can't really evaluate.
What if we want to bring the work in-house later?
That's part of the design. When you're ready to make AI a permanent in-house function, I help you hire the right person and transition everything I've been doing to them. Coach is how that hand-off holds: your people run it, and I stay their go-to expert. The handoff is part of the engagement, not an exit fee.
Can we do both, or switch later?
Yes. If you're on Coach and something needs building, start a Roadmap whenever you're ready. After Build, you can move to Coach to keep your team going.
