I find where AI pays off, then I build it.

For companies with no one in-house to own AI. A two-week Roadmap finds at least $20,000 in quantified annual opportunity, or you pay nothing. Then Build ships it inside your tools, up to eight things a month.

    Roadmap

Where AI saves time. Where it makes money.

The 2 weeks of a Roadmap

    1. Setup. Access & intake. Tool access and a short intake, before the clock starts.
    2. 1. Interviews & opportunity mapping. I sit with your team and find where the hours go.
    3. 2. ROI sizing, prototype & handoff. Every workflow sized in your own numbers, one of them built and running.

See what a Map looks like

    Illustrative sample, not client data

Page one of the two-page Map: every workflow ranked by payoff, sized in your own numbers. Here's the shape of it for a fictional 40-person staffing firm. Every row comes out of the Roadmap already quoted in credits, so you know what each one costs to build before you decide.

1 Candidate intake triage & screening notes $52,500 Low (1 credit)
2 Client status reports drafted from ATS activity $33,750 Low (1 credit)
3 Timesheet exception chasing & reminders $22,000 Medium (2 credits)

+ 9 more workflows, ranked in the full Map.

  2. How credits work.

    • One credit, one thing shipped. Your Roadmap already shows the size of each item. Sized before I start.
    • Quoted first, and the quote doesn't move. If the work runs long, that's mine to absorb.
    • Need more? Additional credits are $2,000 and are based on my capacity from other clients.
  3. Then, to ship what the Roadmap found

    Build

I work inside your tools and build what your Roadmap priced, one thing at a time.

    How Build works

    1. 1. Subscribe and get your board. It's up in a business day, seeded with your Roadmap backlog, already quoted.
    2. 2. I quote each item in credits. You see the number before I start on it.
    3. 3. One thing in progress at a time. Eight credits a month, used however the month needs them.
    4. 4. It lands in production. I show you it works, and the next one starts.
    5. 5. After Build. You can move to Coach.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does 'I find $20,000' mean?
It's the guarantee attached to the Roadmap, called Find-It-or-Free. In two weeks I map your workflows and identify at least $20,000 in quantified annual opportunity, meaning time saved or revenue made, sized against your own payroll and your own volumes instead of an industry average. You review every line with me and agree to it before it counts, so it isn't a number I get to declare on my own. If we don't clear the $20,000, you pay nothing. The fee is refunded. The working prototype I build during those two weeks is yours either way.
What does the Roadmap actually produce?
A prioritized opportunity map across every part of your business, with each workflow examined for where AI saves time or makes money. ROI sized against your own numbers, not industry averages. One lightweight working prototype, a prompt, an agent, or a single workflow, built during the engagement so you see a real AI win and not just a deck. A clear sequence for what to build first and what to skip, with the reasoning behind every rank written so your team can act on it. The whole thing is handed off so you can run with it, in or out of a Build engagement. The work is done by someone who built payment systems that couldn't fail at Mastercard and scaled the platform team that ran $1B+ in transactions at Dapper Labs, so the prioritization comes from someone who has actually shipped at scale. That's the same prioritization work happening right now for GrowthAssistant. Find-It-or-Free is attached: in two weeks the Roadmap identifies at least $20,000 in quantified annual opportunity, reviewed and agreed with you, or you pay nothing.
What's inside the AI Opportunity Map?
Every workflow in your business ranked for where AI saves time or makes money, sized against your own numbers and sequenced by what to build first. It also includes two things most assessments leave out: a ready-to-adopt AI usage policy your team can put in place on day one, and a shortlist of the AI tools that actually fit your business, plus the longer list of what to skip so you stop paying for subscriptions nobody adopts.
What happens after the two weeks are up?
The map and the working prototype are yours to keep, whether or not you continue with me. You also get 30 days of board and email access after delivery, so the plan doesn't stall the first time a question comes up or something needs a small adjustment. If you move into Build, that backlog seeds the queue and we keep going. If you don't, you still walk away with a prioritized plan your team can act on.
We bought a bunch of AI tools and got noise. Why is this different?
Tools without a system get you noise. Every company I talk to has a graveyard of subscriptions nobody adopted. The Roadmap is the system. Two weeks of mapping where AI saves time or makes money in your specific business, ranked in rough dollars and sequenced by what to build first. Build is where that plan gets shipped into production. After Build, Coach keeps my judgment in the room if you want it, so adoption is built into the deal instead of hoped for. The missing piece is judgment about which tools, in which order, wired into which workflow.
What exactly is a credit?
One thing shipped, at a size we agree before I start. Your Roadmap already shows the size of each item. Bigger things get split into pieces that each ship on their own. Scoping and handoff are included, so the quote is the whole job and the number you see is the number you pay.
Why is a credit cheaper inside Build?
Because Build buys eight at once. Eight committed credits are $10,000, which is $1,250 each. An additional credit on Build is $2,000. Same credit and scope, priced for volume. The number on the Build card is the number you pay; there's no second rate hiding behind it.
Is this just hourly with a different name?
No. With hourly you end up watching the clock, and you pay whether or not the thing ships. A credit is quoted up front and the quote doesn't move. Overruns are my problem, not your invoice.
What if we need more than Build?
Additional credits are $2,000 and are based on my capacity from other clients. Credits are open to anyone on Build. I work with three Build clients at a time, and if a month is full I'll say so rather than stretch.
What if I'm not technical and can't evaluate the work?
You don't have to evaluate code. You only have to tell whether the thing shipped and whether it works. Every credit is quoted in plain language before I start, and when it's done I show it to you working in your own tools rather than in a demo. On Build, the First-Ship Guarantee puts the risk on me: the first item we pick from your Roadmap is live within 30 days of kickoff or the next month is free, and every credit ships to what we wrote down or it comes back.
Can I cancel Build or Coach anytime?
Yes. Both are month to month, so cancel before the next billing cycle and you're done. Everything I shipped while you were subscribed stays yours. Roadmap is a fixed two-week engagement, so if you need to pause partway through, we work it out.

How the guarantees work.

Written to be read, not buried. What's promised, how it's counted, and what we each sign up for.

At least $20,000 in quantified annual opportunity, or you pay nothing.

What "quantified annual opportunity" means: a worked example

Intake triage: 14 hrs/wk × $75/hr loaded cost × 50 wks $52,500 / yr
Status reports: 9 hrs/wk × $75/hr loaded cost × 50 wks $33,750 / yr
Two line items in, and the floor is already cleared $86,250 > $20,000

Illustrative numbers. Yours come from your payroll and your volumes. You review and agree to every counted line · the working prototype is yours either way · misses the floor → the fee is refunded.

First-Ship Guarantee · Build

The first item we pick together from your Roadmap is live within 30 days of kickoff, or the next month is on me.

The 30 days start at kickoff. We pick the first item together from your Roadmap, where it already carries a number in your own figures. Tool access and a signed-off definition of done both land within five business days of kickoff: mine to put in front of you, yours to sign. Live means running in your tools on your real work, or finished and waiting only on your go-ahead to switch it on.

Every credit ships to what we wrote down, or it comes back. No cash refunds on Build; the remedy is the work, redone.

Needs from you: tool access and a signed-off definition of done within five business days of kickoff · the first item is picked together from your Roadmap · if it misses, the next month is free · a credit that misses what we wrote down comes back.

Full terms live in the client agreement. This is the working version: same content, no fine print.
