I put AI to work in your business.
I find where AI saves time or makes money in your business, and we only build it if it's worth building.
Built automation at Mastercard. Now doing it for small businesses.
Engagements start with a 4-week AI Opportunity Audit. $10,000 fixed fee.
I keep my client list small. Let's talk.
Sound Familiar?
- You're probably doing tasks manually that AI could handle in seconds
- You don't have time to research what AI can actually do for your business
- You've heard the hype but can't tell what's real from what's marketing
- You can't afford a full-time tech person to figure this out
Who It's For
Manual Data Workers
Owners spending hours on copy/paste, spreadsheets, weekly reports, and pulling data out of PDFs and emails. Stuff AI can handle in seconds. You know it's wasteful, but you just haven't had time to fix it.
Service Business Owners
Businesses where the admin (invoicing, scheduling, follow-ups) is eating the hours you should be spending on actual work.
Growing the Hard Way
Wants to add a service line, geography, or capacity, but the back-office is already at the breaking point. More growth means more coordination tax.
The businesses I work best with usually look like this:
- $1M to $25M in annual revenue
- Multiple departments, manual handoffs, and tribal knowledge holding things together
- Growing or planning to grow, where each new client or service line adds disproportionate operational overhead
- No internal AI expertise and no plan to hire a head of AI
- Ready to act on a roadmap, not collect more decks
Not a fit if:
- You're pre-revenue or looking for the cheapest tool that solves one specific thing
- You want someone to start building before figuring out what to build

See If We're a FitHow It Works
Every engagement starts with a paid audit. After that, you decide if and how we keep going.
Step 1 · Audit
Start with a 4-week AI Opportunity Audit
$10,000
What you walk away with
An AI Opportunity Roadmap built for your business. Yours to keep.
- Executive summary with the headline read on your AI opportunity
- 3 to 5 high-impact opportunities scored on effort and impact
- Sequencing across 90 days and 6 months
- Vendor and tool recommendations
- Org and adoption notes
What's involved
I will
- Walk every part of your business and find where AI can save hours or make money. Sales, ops, finance, support, whatever you've got.
- Map your tech stack and where the data actually lives.
- Score opportunities by effort and impact, then sequence them across 90 days and 6 months.
- Scope the top two pilots in enough detail to execute.
You will
- Give me time with your team. At least one focused week of daily check-ins, then weekly until we're done.
- Get leadership and the front-line bought in before we start. The people doing the work need to know why this is happening, or it won't stick.
- Tell me how the work actually happens, even if the org chart says otherwise.
The 4 weeks
- Talk to the team
Stakeholder interviews across the team.
- Map the stack
Tech stack and data maturity review.
- Score the opportunities
Opportunity scoring and pilot scoping.
- Hand off the roadmap
Roadmap delivered with a live readout to your leadership. 30-day check-in after.
Step 2 · Continuation, if it makes sense
Pick a continuation path
Both are optional. Pick one or neither.
Retainer
I stay embedded with your team, working through improvements we agree on together each month.
- Weekly working sessions with your team
- Monthly check-in to set priorities for the next 30 days
- Tuning and adjustments as your team learns what works
Project
À la carte. Each project has its own scope and price, and we wrap when it ships.
- Scope and kickoff locked in up front
- Weekly demos so you see what's actually built
- Handoff doc and training when we ship

About Sean
I built the wallet and payments platform behind NBA Top Shot, NFL ALL DAY, and Disney Pinnacle, processing over a billion dollars in transactions. Before that, Director of Software Engineering at Mastercard. Most recently I led growth at Flow Blockchain, owning a seven-figure P&L and running a global team.
WorkHoodie is how I bring that work to small businesses without the Fortune 500 bureaucracy or the agency markup. Small client list by design, deep over wide.
The AI Opportunity Audit is a new productized offer. I'll be straight with you on whether AI is the right investment for your business right now, even when the answer is "not yet."

- What's included in the audit?
- Fixed price across 4 weeks. You get the AI Opportunity Roadmap, a 60 to 90 minute leadership readout, and a 30-day check-in.
- Does the roadmap have value if I don't hire you to build it?
- Yes. That's the point. The roadmap stands on its own.
- What AI tools work best for small businesses?
- It depends on your business. The audit picks tools that fit your work, not the flashiest ones.
- What if we have no technical team?
- That's fine. Most of my clients don't have in-house developers. The audit just needs people who know how the work actually gets done. If you continue with a project or retainer, the workflows are built for non-technical teams to run.
- How long does the full engagement take?
- The audit is 4 weeks. If you go into a project after, scope drives timeline but most run 4 to 8 weeks. A retainer runs month-to-month with a 3-month minimum. Nothing is open-ended.
- What if AI doesn't actually save us time?
- That's what the audit is for. We identify where AI can realistically help your business and where it can't before you commit to building anything. If it's not the right fit, the roadmap will say so.
